Terms and Conditions for Payment

By booking service with Israel with Love and through this website, you agree to have read, understood, and fully accept all terms of service listed below.

SERVICES
Unless otherwise notified, all  guided tours are conducted by Onnie Schiffmiller.  If Onnie is not guiding, you will be provided with an English- speaking Licensed Tourist Guide replacement.

The private tours and transfers are provided by professional drivers. The vehicles are correctly licensed and insured by the local authority.

RESERVATIONS and PAYMENTS
All the services can be booked directly on our website. We do not accept bookings less than 24 hours before

Once we have received your booking and the deposit, we will confirm your reservation.

PRIVACY
Israel with Love does not save credit card details and does not provide the credit card details to a third party.

CHANGES
if you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests few if you submit your request few days prior. 

FORCE MAJEURE
Israel with Love accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or changes caused by forces majeure events such as strikes, riots, fire, flood, natural disaster, weather problems, war, terrorist attacks or similar events beyond our control.

INSURANCE
Israel with Love strongly recommends travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the Client(s) to ensure that they obtain adequate travel and medical insurance cover. The Client (s) are solely responsible for providing insurance protection which has various requirements depending on the activity.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED BOOKED TOURS WILL BE MADE ON THE FOLLOWING BASIS

If your booking cancellation occurs within

  • 2 weeks before the tour date you’ll receive a total refund
  • 1 weeks before the booked tour date: 50% refund
  • less then 1 week before the booked tour date: no refund

 

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL and confirmed by us so your cancellation will be on record. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS BY PHONE, TEXT MESSAGE, OR 3RD PARTIES.
